SHOW RECAP: Elle King LIVE on 3-10-22 at the Sound Board Theater in Detroit, MI

Elle King brought her 'Drunk (And I Don't Wanna Go Home)' 2022 tour to Sound Board Theater in Detroit on March 10. Her touring band the Brethren were in tow,
as well as opener (and friend) Fancy Hagood.

Elle and the band, all decked out in jumpsuits, mixed up the nights set performing songs from both of her full length releases, one track from her debut EP, and a couple covers (as Elle always loves to do). She was joined by Fancy for a duet (and a dance) on the Bonnie Raitt song "Angel From Montgomery" and had Fancy stay as a vocal stand in for Miranda Lambert on the song "Drunk (And I Don't Wanna Go Home)". Miranda and Elle are riding high on the success of the track which recently took home the Academy Of Country Music Award for Video of The Year.

Elle King never ceases to put on great performance when she hits Detroit and this show was no exception. Sorry you missed the show? The good news is Elle will be back in Michigan as a opener for Chris Stapleton on July 21 at Soaring Eagle Casino. Mark those calendars!

Enjoy these sights from the evening...
